At GWELLERY, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. To ensure fair resolution of any issues, returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a genuine issue and with proper proof, as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange request may be raised within 7 days of delivery only if the product has an issue, such as:
- The item received is damaged
- The item is defective
- The item received is incorrect
Returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or styling expectations are not accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim any return, exchange, or refund due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video must:
- Start from before opening the sealed package
- Clearly show the shipping label and packaging
- Continue without cuts or edits until the product is fully visible
- Clearly capture the issue being reported
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Conditions for Approval
For a return or exchange to be approved:
- The request must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and invoice must be intact
- The issue must be verifiable through the unboxing video and supporting images
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products without any defect or issue
- Claims raised without a valid unboxing video
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidental handling, or improper storage
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions (unless received damaged or incorrect)
- Gift cards or store credits (if applicable)
5. Reporting an Issue

Requests submitted without complete proof may be rejected.
6. Resolution Method
Upon verification, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the same product
- Exchange with another product of equal value
- Refund to the original payment method
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
8. Return Shipping
- Return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed only for approved issue-based returns
- Products must be returned in original condition
- GWELLERY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during unauthorized return shipments
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
- Post-delivery, only issue-based claims with valid proof will be considered
10. Final Decision
GWELLERY reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, or refund requests after verification.
